90G RR Deep Blue, DIY 20L sump, Roll Top Canopy, and stand

Picked up this 90g tank last fall and am now looking to buy a 220g within the next few weeks. I've got roughly $1,000.00 invested in this equipment, I know I won't get that back.

Hardware trades are an option, even livestock if you can house it until my new tank is cycled lol
I just need the space it's in and once the new tank is here this one will be garaged!

My biggest issue is space than money/trade. I live in a second floor apartment and I don't have room for a larger tank nor would I trust a larger tank in my apartment and my wife would kill me

This alittle for me too, but someone could pair this with Mark's skimmer and you are getting there fast. Plan for my next setup is in the unfinished basement so this is too nice for that really. The price value is there though. Have you put it on Craigslist?

I used to have a 90 in a 3rd floor apt, just make sure you're going across beams rather than down it
