Sadly, they are not that cheap anymore - $20 and up. They used to be under $10.

Yea from what I've seen online $20 was the cheapest. I'm just not looking for fancy high end ones. Figured id ask here before I bought online

I ordered some from Corals Anonymous, not a plug as I did have a few issues. Think 4 / 5 of them for $15 but were only about 3 or 4 inches. No clue where they are now.

Probably not what you're looking for but I bought live reef sand from Florida and a few live rock to speed up the maturation of my tank and I have little feather dusters popping up in my sand bed and they are growing surprisingly quickly.

I have tried to get some really LIVE rock online from a few places and normally it looks like its been in a sump for 6 months before shipping. It is still live rock but in the advertised pictures they look much different. Where did you order from?

Tampa Bay Saltwater. You can just add live sand to your sand bed if you have one.
