Looking to deal with some aiptasia problems, does anyone know of a hobbyist selling them at a good price? Cheapest I found online is $15 each at salty underground

I would go in with you if you live close. Im in Hillsborough. I bought a peppermint last week & I'm unsure if its eating any yet LOL. I asked reefco & they said they're trying to get some

I feel like it has been worse recently as well. I have two peppermint shrimp who are on strike as they hang out under a frag rack with aiptasia.

I'm hoping mine is eating them. Bought him last week from reefco but doesn't come out till the lights are going out lol

i've tried a few different variations of peppermint shrimp.. none of them helped to eradicate the aiptasia completely.. 2 in a 100g tank

also, if you already have pepper mint shrimp, you'll prob need to remove them before introducing bergia.. that was my mistake last time, i was hoping they wouldnt eat it but the nudia never ended up surviving

Yup that is 100% the reason why. When the Berghia eat the Aiptasia they take on their nematocysts cells and store them to keep predators away. However this doesn't help their cause for things like peppermints who eat Aiptasia.
