I stopped ordering them for exactly that reason lol. I don't want to have sort through and figure out which 20% is dead. An empty shell and a hermit/snail whose hiding look very similar. Meanwhile, they're just melting in your tank, releasing ammonia :eek:

I assume you're south. Maybe if somebody frequents up and down, they can grab it and you can pick up somewhere closer. I'll let you guys figure that out :)
