I suppose that’s possible, but most likely you would never see signs of parasites/worms on the skin of a dragonet. Their mucus layer is too thick to allow parasites through. However, parasites or worms could be present on the gill plates where the mucus is reduced in composition.

0.5 ppm 2.5 ppm But keep in mind that the Hanna checker has a 0.05 (+/-) margin of error. So, I would aim for 0.55 ppm (Cupramine) or 2.55 ppm (Copper Power) to be on the safe side. Most fish will tolerate those slightly higher concentrations.

The funny thing is the dosing instructions for General Cure are wrong. You don't redose it after 48 hours. You wait 5-7 days to allow time for any eggs to hatch, or better yet use this treatment calendar to determine when is the best time to add the second dose: Marine Parasites

@Gaspipe1 Can you post some pics showing the pimples & brown spot? Assuming its not Ich or some other parasite, combining Kanaplex + Metroplex seems to resolve certain oddball disease issues that clownfish sometimes get.
