Now that my tank crash has passed, I've got some big colonies that I need to trim down.
I have literally 100's of Green star polp frags
Tons of red montipora
Two large toadstool leathers
A big Hollywood stunner that needs to be trimmed
A few chunks of forest fire digitada
And some...
Damn, Julie beat me to it.
I'd like to get in line for either of those gobies.
And those anthias if they are for sale.

Got all the livestock back into the tank today. Everything is doing suprisingly well.
I brought a clownfish from my nano reefs at school to add and he and my Wyoming white are battling to figure out dominance. I'm afraid they may not work it out, but keeping an eye on them.
Thanks @lears for...
Pmmed lears. Thanks.
Got her all filled today as well as added salt and sand. Going to let it sit overnight to clear up then hopefully add fish and coral back tomorrow!

As some of you may know, a kalk overdose recently crashed my system.
All livestock was moved into two 32 gallon trash cans with fresh saltwater and losses we're minimal, limited to one fish (my kole Tang) and probably 5 or so corals.
Ive spent over 25 hours in the last 2 days going through...
Anyone have some that I can take off you?
Tank recently crashed so I need to restart my refugium.
The more the better.

So? As long as everything is healthy and happy I don't really see an issue, unless you are trying to get them to host an anenome for yourself.
In that case, removing the fish for a few days and reintorducing them with an anenome tube might work.

I really need someone to go to my house and help my parents out. They somehow overdosed kalk into the tank and have killed practically everything and are trying to rescue the fish at least. Please help.
Edit: I had my parents put everything in buckets. Not much else we can do for now.

Just get in there with your hands and rip them off the rocks. They grow in big rubbery mats that should come off relatively easily.

As promised. Can anyone give me the hobby/designer names for the new frags I just got?
Sidenote, the larger of my two sexy shrimps seems to have molted overnight. Pretty cool!

Thanks! I actually just did my first one about an hour ago. I'm just going to buy saltwater from a LFS (there are a ton of good ones around!) And do 50% weekly water changes.
Also just picked up a refractometer and 3 new frags, pics to come!

Just use a sturdy plastic storage container. I've got a 36 gallon one on my tank and it's been running great for over a year now.

Finally got a new phone so I can share some pictures of the tank. I've had it for about a week now with no issues! The only plans I have for this tank is to add some corals and eventually move the clownfish to my 90G back home then add a yasha goby+shrimp pair.
So The biocube isnt happening...
I actually just bought a mature reef in a fluval spec V today. Got a great deal on the system and had to jump on it. I broke my phone screen last night so I am unable to post Photos but will make sure to as soon as I can. This tank is completely built for a reef...
uhhhh I actually did just that today. I picked up a new fluval spec V that was established. In order to move it i just drained the water to the top of the rocks, bagged up the fish, and threw the entire tank with water in the back of my car. I made the 2 hour drive losing only about a half...
+1
If your ATO sensor is in the same tank as the power heads, the turbulence created by them will cause the sensor to read a higher water level than if the pumps are off.
