I had to write them a little bit of a nasty email for them to cover it under warranty. But I’m glad they stood behind their product. A replacement is already on the way.

**** I bought a brand new MP40 from eBay less than a year ago and it’s been having the stall error come up. I contacted them and they told me to send it in, but it won’t be under warranty because eBay isn’t an authorized dealer.
