So as the title says, I'm upgrading my tank. Going from a 40B to a tank I've been looking for for about a year now. A Deep Blue Starfire, rimless 80g.
Picked it up way into NY last weekend and finally got around to cleaning it this weekend
Should be stored in the fridge if it's for long periods of time. I followed a small rolling boil type bubbles. You just don't want it to be too rough. You feed your tank however much you'd like. I used to do 5-7 ml in my 40B when I used to culture. And yes. Depending on the size of your jar.
I got no GHA in tank but my sump is full which I don't mind bc it helps with nutrients. Key is to manually remove as much as possible and then get a large clean up crew consisting of snails, crabs, fish that will eat it, and/or even an urchin.
I have no kids and have no desire to have any so education isn't important to me. Living in NJ at my age is super expensive. And that's only rent. Forget about ever being able to afford a house here. Basically impossible to do anything and I feel like I'm just wasting time here.
I feel like in NJ there's not a whole lot going on. At least not that I've seen. So that's why I'm highly considering moving. Need a change of pace as well
I've been highly considering moving from NJ to Florida.
Wanted to check on here if any of you reefers know what are some good places for a 25 y.o to move alone.??
(Job outlook, rent, quality of life, etc.)
A little bit personal but i have recently had a breakup that's resulted in not being interested in anything anymore. So I'm thinking about getting rid of my set up. Also considering leaving the country for a few months so i probably won't be around anyway and don't have anyone to care for it...
I don't understand. Why can't you set up the 75 and transfer everything over? You don't have enough water? Why do you need an extra of anything.?
I tried reading it over and over but can't make it out
