I would try some pellets and if you have some live rock with sponge throw it in there to graze. I've had good luck with the Panta rhei pellets but they aren't readily available. Was it eating before you got it?

It is very rare for Heliofungia to bud like Fungia. Regular discs (Fungia) do this by a means of acanthocauli. Once heavy or large enough they detach and become free living corals as we recognize them. It is a pretty distinct hitchhiker, definitely not a majano.

definitely a baby fungia. Let it grow and pop off and then the stalk will continue to grow more babies. Will grow faster if you target feed it.
