I'd love to sell it locally to someone experienced with saltwater/reefing. I'd even knock off another $50 on the price. I posted it on Craigslist and am getting a lot of interest from people who know nothing about the hobby. Yesterday one guy asked me if he came with a couple of others, if...
Reduced the price to $875 OBO. I posted this for sale on Craigslist and have received some offers but I hesitate selling to anyone who's not experienced with saltwater and reefing and would rather sell it here. I don't want to see the livestock destroyed by someone who doesn't know what...
Yep, I've been doing this since I was 35 years old and I'm now 70. In and out of the hobby several times but this time I think is for good. Retired, with a lot of traveling in my future and no one to care for this tank while I'm away. Hoping this sells by the end of February--my first big trip.
I had this tank about 10 months and was using it as a quarantine tank. No longer a need for it, so I'm offering it up for $75 or best offer.
There's a Goldeneye goby living in it plus live sand, a couple pieces of live rock, a couple snails and corals as pictured. Local pickup only and buyer...
Constructed the DIY trap out of a water bottle and it sits in the tank now--hope that they get used to seeing it at the top. Will try the baster food squirt tomorrow and see how that goes. I'm sure that it will work eventually but with my luck, I'll probably catch every fish but the one I want...
I have an angry clown that is terrorizing his 'mate.' In addition, several other fish in the tank have taken up the charge and all bully this same clown. Hence, the bullied clown spends most of his time in the tank swimming near the top or hiding in the rock work. I'd like to move him into my...
I've got a floating one that's too big for my tank. It's virtually new. Paid $35 for it. You can have it for $15 if you want that type of salinity tester. Or a frag if you have some, as I'm cycling a Red Sea Max Nano now and can use some corals for it. :)
High Precision Hydrometer - Tropic...
They did their job and got rid of some GHA for me that was infesting the tank so it's time to let them go. 2 females, so unless there is an immaculate conception, you shouldn't have to worry about babies. They've been in my little Fluval for about 6 weeks now so they are very acclimated to...
Thank you Matt. Nice meeting up with you. Got the corals in my quarantine tank and will eventually move them into my Red Sea once it gets here and is cycled.
