    Vermetids!!

Mine doesn't bug my bigger snails, he has probably made a significant dent in my smaller snail pop though. They'll also eat flatworms and feather dusters so be careful depending on what you have. No issues with coral though

Reefkeeper lite or apex jr ?

I use the apex fusion dashboard, not really any programming, just point and click with it, of course you can go into advanced mode but i haven't found a reason to at all. My wav unit is pick a setting, state a time and power and it works in a graph. same with my dos unit, moonlights, so on.

    High nitrate

Cheap way would be carbon dosing, there are online guides for it, it's more involved though. More expensive way but more user friendly is biopellets and a reactor. There are also nitrate reactors, i've never tried one, and last thing you could try is one of the bacteria additives, something like...

APEX Lunar Simulator Module and LED's

I have the lunar led simulator from apes and a 2 led string over my 4 foot 135g tank, works great. i just programmed them to come on at lights off and go out in a couple hours and then the revers in the morning. for two leds it lights up the tank quite nicely, any more and it would be too much.

    DSA 135....

Without the algae all over, I'm watching my nitrates finally climb, I'm at someplace between 10-25ppm. I have to measure the phosphates next week but if they are down, I'm not going to Worry about it. Hopefully i can eventually remove my gfo and keep the nitrates up, let science take place and...

    Joel's 175 Gallon Re-build

If you get the separate power supply for the apex brain, it can sense a power outage, just plug it in to a separate outlet not on the energy bar. Next, get a ups, and plug the energy bars into it. Then you can go into the apex and program it so if it senses a power outage, it will only leave...

    Cooked my Corals

Very sorry to hear this, in the future though you can put the interceptor in your reef tank without issue, I used sentinel on my tank, about the same with an added ingredient, interceptor is better but I couldn't get my hands on it, took care of my bug issue. When your ready for some coral again...
