A reefer on R2R seems to think, after some Triton tests, that the Lithium in Kent's Tech M is the element that makes all the difference. Fortunately, I've never had the problem.
Are you sure of your test accuracy/process? What is your SG? What are you using to measure it with? If you're using a swing arm type hydrometer, it may be off causing you to add too much salt mix, and by extension too much Ca, Mg, etc., leading to these elevated readings. I would suggest using a...

Use enough water mixed into some kalkwasser powder to leave it with enough viscosity to be drawn into a syringe. I made a syringe using some pieces from old test kits.

When I had the same situation, I used two of these, plugged into two Intermatic Digital 15A timers. I still have the two timers, and you can have them, but they will need new button batteries(I might have some of these too, but they will be old).
