To be honest on a tank that small I wouldn’t worry too much about ph. The tanks is so small that you will always have ph problems. That size tank I would keep it at what ever comes naturally and don’t try to hard. dosing kalk in a system that small is dangerous. adding a skimmer would help but...

I love kalk and I use it in my system. Dosing kalk in that small tank can be a problem. It’s better to use a product like all for reef.

I have removed a couple of rainbow nems I use a credit card. But I usually leave it alone and let it move on it’s own.

My tank is in the basement. Ph is always a problem. in the winter it’s worse.for me ph over 8 is a win.

At night your ph is always lower then the day. I dose kalkwasser at night on a kamoer x1. I run a refugium light at night as well to help with the ph. I have air exchange that also helps with the ph.

Sps are hard corals to keep alive. at what percentage are you running those lights?

maybe on those high end wave makers. I have been using it for years and I haven’t lost one pump. The only pumps that have those problems are eco tech

I don’t run anything at 30% . Travis had a good angle he had successful tanks with cheap Chinese lights and jebao pumps. His videos started getting sponsors and all his equipment became high end. He had 3 ocean revive lights on his 1st 125gallon and that was awesome
