Your tank look good. I wouldn’t worry about having high magnesium. I would definitely dose cheato grow it will bring up your Iodine, bromine and other trace elements. run another test in a a few months and see where you are

South Jersey has some respectable reefers. I line in the middle I have easy access to north and south with no problem. If you move to fl you will be fine. You have a big reefing community down there.

In a tank that small I would try to use emerald crabs. Fox face and some tangs will eat bubble algae.

If you can wait until this pandemic is over. Right now it’s really hard to get any Construction supplies. When you do find pvc/ acrylic/ wood it’s very expensive. Contractors right now are also hard to find.
