I dose my tank weekly with mb7 bacteria to avoid bacteria issues. I also dose nitrate to maintain the Redfield ratio so I can keep my phos low enough. Good luck.
I know you asked about pellets but this is why I use red sea nopox with a doser. It allows me to exactly tune my phos and nitrate levels with carbon dosing. Maybe give it a look.
Also make sure you are thermal compound and that the one you pick is not very conductive. If you didn't use compound your leds will burn out very quickly and if the compound is high conductive like some are that could make the shorting issue above worse.
I have a 40 gallon breeder (not drilled) and a standard black pine aqueon stand. Would be good for a QT tank. Tank has some scratches but overall in good shape, the stand may need some touch up.
I have a sro 1000 lss for sale in great shape, it is the exact one from the link. Only selling because it is too big for my tank, I would not use it on less than a heavily stocked 90 gallon. This uses the bubble blaster pump which is known to be one of the best.

That won't help with a high corner etc that would twist the tank. Just place it up top and see what it does. Then you can use a planner to fix small issues.
Just my 2 cents but I think the skimmer is to big for the tank. U believe you asked a few months back and a few advised it was too large. I am running a super reef octopus that does 540 lph air on a 75 and it is too large to be consistent. You have over 3 times that amount of air. At 540lph this...
