Nitrates are also going down.
Nitrites however still not really registering .
Also, I'm missing a clown...
The other fish are happy and eating well.

Oh yeah and lighting.
I was between the A80 and A360. Best value vs best.
I decided on 6 A80s. Figured it would do what I need. Fish with a few soft corals.
Then I thought more. And decided instead to do the A360s.
I figured I didn't have to buy 6 all at once right?....
So I picked up 2...
A quick update
Big shout out to mark c for informing me about the aquarium care center. Place is exactly what I'd want in s shop.
I have added dr tims. Will test tonight before water change. Hope to see better numbers
Also added snails. Thanks again Mark c for turning me on to reef...
Hi all,
I am looking at my lighting solution this week.
I have a long shallow tank. right now I am FOWLR but do plan on adding some corals short term with a lot of corals long term.
I like the look of mini pendant lights. I figure 5 will suffice.
I have been unable to find a mini...
Hi Mark,
Reefcleaners sent me this build list.
120 Dwarf Ceriths - small effective cleaners
38 Nassarius
44 Florida Ceriths
35 Assorted Hermits
30 Nerites
1 five pack of mangroves
1 chaeto and maybe some gracilaira
Long term, I'd like a few tangs, clowns, angels, a dwarf lion, and a bunch of a fish that will school.
My hope is the length of the tank will help manage the territory/ aggression issue.

Thanks for the recommendations. The tank is still cycling. I have a consultant managing the tank, and it's cycling.
I'll pick up the refractometer.
Despite having managed the nano tank for a few years I am very much a novice. I'm not sure I am capable of managing a tank where the salinity...
Happy to report my first water change went well yesterday.
All the fish are accounted for, and alive.
Salinity looks good. The ammonia levels were at ~0.5pp to less then 0.25.

At this point I was over my head. I had a local Aquarium expert come in and evaluate. She came up with a solution to use the two weirs the right way as drains, and the middle as the fill. Her solution increased the water flow and movement, However It was VERY LOUD. She came back to make it...
