Don't worry your fish are all small. If you decide later to add a bigger fish then you will have given the tank time to mature and build up a bacteria base. If you test and you have any ammonia etc I would add some bacteria in to jumpstart the cycle.
I wouldn't worry about it to excess. You have added live sand and live rock. You are moving to a bigger tank so my suggestion would be to move the least aggressive fish first and then the more aggressive fish next. That will help establish boundaries and also give your bacteria time to catch...

Different sort of water movement....so I don't think you can say just one is the perfect solution. Most of us have some multiple pumps in the tank so this is a great addition to the scene.
Dry side looks smoother, I would guess they have updated that side and the controller is nothing new just color change. Wet side I doubt they can do much "new". Reminds me of the old stirrers in a lab, I would guess that is how they are made generally...
