    WTB ~300 gph return pump

I have an IM nuvo 16g nano tank that has a rear sump area. The stock pump blew out and the pump I have currently is awfully loud. Does anyone have a small pump they are willing to part with that can churn out around 300 gph?

I like the salifert kit. I recently got a used hanna checker from radiata and new reagent. It's reading 7.6. The salifert is measuring the same.

Awesome congrats Karen! Have you seen Bob's basement? It's amazing. Never let her see Bob's basement. This would undo all the hard work you've accomplished.

    Juano's 75 Gallons "The Re-Build"

I helped Juan. Get a bucket of TANK WATER. The rock is live so clean it in its own water. Remove each rock one by one and use a stiff brush to clean it in the bucket. The stiffer the brush the better. Make sure its not too large so you get into the nooks and crannies. Just go nuts, really scrub...

    Juano's 75 Gallons "The Re-Build"

Wow. Well done. Good luck with the fish. I hope they make it. The new rocks might set off a diatom bloom. Just blow the diatoms off the base of the corals every few days. The should disappear in a month or so. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Juano's 75 Gallons "The Re-Build"

=) No problem Juan. We removed at least a couple pounds of hair algae. It probably happened from improperly cured or dirty rock suddenly leeching all the nutrients trapped inside. Once that chaeto starts to grow hopefully it will tip the scale in your favor. That skimmer should be doing a lot...

    Hair Algae Bloom

I battled it without doing ANY water changes. I'm running the poor mans triton system and changing out 1 gallon of water every few weeks in my 75g just to replace trace elements using high quality salt mix (coral pro). My bioload is very low, only 5 small fish. I have no sump and only an HOB...
