Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
They can sell for up to $5 per polyp but for larger colonies it’s usually more like $2 per. I’d say there are a little over 100 polyps in that colony so $180 - mid 200s maybe. I’m not sure though.
If you do end up breaking it up into smaller pieces I’d be interested in a few.

Congrats on the new tank!
I’d recommend getting a pair of banghaii cardinals, maybe a orchid dottyback, and possibly a Valentini puffer as your large show fish.
Let’s see some pictures of your sump too!
That tang you gave me is doing great btw :)

Cool! I’ve already seen quite a bit of PE. Definitely going to keep it at the top of the tank and give it lots of light. Fast growing is what I’m going for as well :)

Just picked this up from a friend, he was having trouble with it so I decided to give it a shot. It's definitely SPS but I have no idea what kind.

Looking to upgrade my skimmer on my tank that is approx 130 gallons total volume. Bubble magus curve 7 or reef Octopus 6" cones would be ideal but I'm open to any offers for something simlar. let me know.
Definitely, Im looking to get a bunch of cheap, fast-growing corals like zoas, mushrooms, and GSP to fill in the tank soon and then move into some LPS & SPS. Ill be bringing my wallet to the febuary 18th meeting and hopefully picking up a bunch of frags then :)
Scoop out the existing sand right before a water change until it’s all gone (may take a few times)
Once all the sand is out, rinse the new sand THOUROUGHLY and use a pvc pipe with a funnel attached to place it in the bottom of the tank. Should hellp reduce any cloudiness.

Had all day today to work in the tank so that’s exactly what I did.
Added the heater from my FW tank, my old one got stuck on :/
