I recently upgraded my setup from a 45 gallon rimless to a 75 gallon tank. I have convinced my wife to let me reset up the 45 gallon I'm our dining as a nice display. I want to try to keep it simplistic with 2-3 nice LPS colonies and a really cool fish. What would everyone recommend?

Hi all, I got a scoly a couple of months ago and it has been doing great. However this morning I saw it had a large middle protusiom (please see pic) I think you can see the mouth or at least a large opening..anyone seen this before?
