I can spare the money for an RODI but the problem is how to use it in a 2 bedroom apartment. I'm in Bloomfield. Any chance the tap water is usable?? I used tap water when I lived in Brooklyn with good results.

I'm getting my tank next week which brings up the question of filling it with water. Where can I purchase water in North Jersey? Does anyone use tap? Does anyone use a RODI in an apartment?

I'm reentering the hobby after a long hiatus. I had a 72 gallon reef tank with a wet/dry sump. Was successful with it and hope it carries over into the new 75 gallon setup I'm planning. I see much in the hobby has changed and much remains the same. Looking forward to any help along the way.
