I don't have any experience with that particular angel, but my past experience with a flame angel and lemon peel has jaded me from ever owning one in a reef. I tried the flame first and it was a coral nipper. Then, the lemon peel was a coral muncher. It would eat all my LPS.

The cyano is showing that you have excess nutrients. It is consuming the phosphates and nitrates. You need to remove them before the cyano can.
