They are in this 10 gallon tank in my workshop. It is unheated and practically un lit except for a desk lamp with a 14 watt bulb. I use waste water from my reef for water changes. This tank has been set up for decades and I use it for unusual stuff that I don't want in my reef.
That wrasse looks...
How cute is this guy? He is the one I collected in the summer and doubled his size already.
This is of course my local animal tank and not my reef
The rest of the collected stuff is all also well. These two butterflies and two wrasses are looking good as well as all of the local hermit...
To update the algae trough, it is now full of hair algae looking stuff and is practically clogged. I need to clean out some of it so it does not overflow.
There is not a bit of this sticky looking algae growing in my reef so I am happy that the thing is doing it's job so well.
I want the...
To all of you Army, Navy, Marine, Air Force and Coast Guard troops away from home this year.
Merry Christmas to all of you and get home safe and fast. There are people waiting for you.
I know how it feels.

Anyone ever get any tooth implants?
I just had my 8th one. Great invention but expensive.
Of course I am older than most of you people on here with baby teeth but I had a tooth pulled in Viet Nam and they pulled the wrong tooth so I had to get another one pulled. They didn't have X rays there or...
Mbodell I will try that. I just had a front tooth implant (my 8th implant) So I don't feel like taking pictures now. But I will maybe tomorrow.
At least I got cool pain pills.
This was with my old camera and I think it looks good, I also don't remember what I did to take it but my new camera should take comparable or better shots
Mbodell, I am not concerned with the fish. The rocks do not look sharp to me (maybe I need glasses)
Anyway here is the new camera on the aquarium setting, obviousely a lousy picture and I know I am doing something wrong. The camera was on a tripod. I need to know what all the other settings...
Phyl, this is almost straight and is again the old camera. I am not supposed to use the Canon until my birthday Christmas day but I have used it and the pictures are no better than this. The camera actually has an aquarium setting.
I will take a few pictures with the new camera on the aquarium...
Phyl, this is with my old camera but I can't seem to get the pictures sharp, even with a tripod. And what setting do you use? There are a lot of settings, shutter speeds, focusing ways, and lighting.
Thanks
