As many of you may know, the majority of my fish were wiped out due to a generator failure during the hurricane. I have finally repopulated the tank from a variety of sources. I still have a decent amount of my SPS that survived the hurricane, but I did lose many long established colonies...
I have the pro version. Works great,very consistant. Had it for at least 5 years. Make sure the cuvettes are clean before and after zeroing unit, as with all photo type meters.

I feel your pain. Due to generator issues, I lost all of my fish, except for a few green chromis. Also, half my coral colonies died as well.

I put the carbon back online,but I turned down the lights a bit just in case. I did throw insome coralsnow the other day aafter I lost the fish. I took out a few colonies tocut down on pollution.
Well, after the power came back on quickly, I thought I was out of the woods as far as corals go. Boy was I wrong. Many of my colonies are RTNing rightbefre my eyes.

Water change is done. Last fish body recovered, the emperor angel. Hopefully w/o decaying fish to worry about, the coral will survive. Keeping fingers crossed. Skimmer is foaming like crazy. Lots of coral slime in the water.
On the brite side, no loss of human life, and house is OK...
