40b frag land

I have been running a 20 gallon long frag tank tied into my sons 40b since my 90 had a bad alk swing (my fault) a couple months ago. I had a plan to set up a larger frag tank on its own system before this all happened, now that things have gotten better I figured the time was here to move forward with my plan.
Some of you who have been to my house know and have seen where I make my water, for who haven't it is a small area under my stairs to the second floor. It's pretty tight but it's what I have to work with. That being said along with making water I have decided to put a frag system in there also.

The System
40b, 20 long sump, and a 15 gallon cube remote refugium
Lighting will be 4-39watt bulb t5
Return is jeabo 6000
Skimmer is a reef octopus nw-150-6530b
gfo if used will be in a next reef MR1 reactor
Doser I haven't decided which to use yet
And ato will prob be a tunze
Water movement will probably be wp10 and wp25 I can't use a mp10 because there is no room on the sides of the tank for the magnets

I started last week and had to Sheetrock the walls and under the stairs Paint 1 coat primer and 2 coats semi gloss white Build shelf for 40 and 15 gal cube. I finished that up earlier this week and went on to the manifold (pics below).
I finished up last night and fired the system up with a temp Mag 9 and fresh water :) no leaks!
I'm hoping to drain and fill it with fresh RODI and salt starting tomorrow
So here are a couple pics

Looks great rob. Nice job, very clean setup. Best of luck with it!

That is so clean and well organized...I wish I could be that well thought out with a project. I'm with you and water production, mines in my 5 foot utility crawl space. Nice!

Looks good rob. The mangroves can be pretty tough in my experience with them.

Thanks Mike, yea Kev that thing looked great a week ago and boom dead maybe there isn't enough nutrients in the new setup.
Havnt had time to build the new frag rack yet so just using the one from my 20g I have the acrylic just not the rods I have to order them.
This week I also had my smart ato dump 5 gallons into the system, I cant figure how it happened it went all the way to the top of the sump and just spilled over about a cup of water when I found it. Anyone else have a problem with this ato?

It really is a nice clean setup rob. How's the moisture levels in there? Do you need a fan for air exchange?

I keep the door open most of the time if I didnt I would defenatly need a fan. I'm still trying to figure out how I will incorporate one I think come summer time it will be a necessity.

Looks good rob. I got a couple of frags for you to add to that tank. One of them came from sunny's tank but I have several pieces so I'd like to see what you can do with it.
