60g, 75g and Reef Octopus in East Windsor

A few months ago I started buying stuff for a new 60 gallon reef, but have since decided that now is not the right time.

Marineland 60 gallon rimless reef ready tank and matching Marineland black stand. I bought from these from Tropiquarium in December. Never used! $250.

Deep Blue 75 gallon Non-Tempered. I intended to use this as a sump and expected to drill the back, so this was specially ordered to get non-tempered. Brand new, never used. $75.

Reef Octopus Skimmer RO-PS-1000INT. This was purchased used. I never used it, but tested that the pump is working. $150.

Items must be picked up in East Windsor. Cash only. No trades.

Interested in the 60g cube & stand. I think I've seen this stand before, but wanted to check - is that fully enclosed underneath and could you send the measurements on it? Thanks!

The 60g cube is about 24x24x24. The stand is also about 24x24x32high. The lip that overhangs the top of the stand is about 25x26. The back of the stand is open.
