a most miraculous thing happened to me yesterday.

about 8 months ago a local lfs posted some new arrivals, one of the items in the pic was a irridescent goldish yellowish mushroom. such a strange color that i have never seen before or since. well i sped there after work and got there in time to get the last one. another club member had gotten the other one before i got there. the coral was $30 and was beautiful, well worth it. and although just a mushroom was instantly one of my fav. corals. well, about 2 months later i set up a 40 gallon breeder for my corals while i transitioned into a new tank. something happened, and the mushroom shiveled up and died. literally one of the only corals that i ever lost to death in my 4 years in the hobby. i have spent hours upon hours upon hours searching online sites looking for another. i think i have tried almost every single online vendor even though i HATE HATE HATE ordering things online, i was willing to make the exception if i found this piece. well to wrap this up. was in maryland over the weekend visiting the inlaws, went on an expedition to visit a lfs in the neighborhood. i walk in, get to the 3rd frag tanks and what do i see? the magic goldish yellowish mushroom. got home today. put it in my tank. it opened up, and eureka!!!!! it's the one... what are the chances? i am one happy reefer right now.wifey patronized my enthusiasm, but just wanted to share my excitement with the group.
