So I can't find the directions : I'm trying to set up for one pump to be on for 10 minutes then off for 30 during the daytime. Do I use the "OSC"(think it stands for oscillating ??? ) portion and what would the ratio be? Or do I have to set up many "IF Times".

yes, OSC. 10/30 on. (represents 10m on then 30m off)

I tried that and I was not happy with it. I did the "if time" thing.

You can download the manuals from their website. I think their under support.

I used the OSC command for my vortechs before I got the WWD's.

It was something like

OSC 20/10 on PM1
OSC 20/10 off PM2

this would cause the pumps to cycle:
10 min left pump
10 min both pumps
10 min right pump

OSC 010/030 ON/OFF Then PM2 OFF
If Feed cycle Then PM1 OFF
If Feed cycle Then PM2 OFF
