Acid Bath, Bleaching and Curing

So I have some dry Tonga branches coming and pondering what to do with them. I do not need the rocks cycled. Just need to remove the PO4 and other unwanted stuff from the rocks. So what is the modus operandi? Do I do all three? I also want to dry the rocks after the process and epoxy them together.

I just put my rocks through acid bath & then cured it in my newly started tank. I didnt bother bleaching as I figured the acid bath would get it all.
also ALWAYS add acid to water, not the other way around.
