Adding live mysis and plankton to the tank??

Has anyone added live mysis and live zooplankton to their tank?

I found this stuff and I was curious on if they would be a good addition and if they would multiply in our tanks...

i add live mysis all the time. The mysis populate and also make for good food.

That is the place I got an order from a few years ago for my refuge. They lasted until I lost all my cheato. They seamed to reproduce.
