air bubbles

while the new kalk reactor has brought alk and ph up to great levels for some reason my pump shuts off before top off system is full leaving my sump level too low thus the air bubbles. Im using JBJ ATO top. first light is power then two sensor light then pump light. when it first comes on it works for a short while then the pump light dims and the pump shuts off before the sump fills to proper level. any ideas?

The action of the #2 float switch is determined by the black swith on the control panel.

I am doing this from memory, so you might have to check the directions further, but if the black switch on the control is in the UP position, then float switch #2 is for the level of the RODI source. If it drops below the float switch, then it instructs the controller that its out of water and to stop the first switch from continuing. IF the black swith on the control is on the bottom position, then float switch #2 is the Hi water level shutoff for the sump, so both floats will be in the sump a few inches apart.
