Alarm Clock Suggestions

i'm looking for advice on a new alarm clock. I personally hate mine and tend to wake up right before it goes off anymore because i hate the sound. I would like to wake up peacefully instead of feeling like someone punched me in the face.

Anyone Have a Zen Alarm? any suggestions are Appreciated.

Haha I hate alarm clocks.

I heard about these but they are pricey and not sure if they would work in everyones situation

My wife wakes up to her IPod..I get the alarm...not super loud but it is adjustable.
