The kids are thrilled. Zachary helped me buy her and Sierra was hysterical when she saw us all together. We'd been to see this dog 17 times before we actually bought it. And it wasn't without a lot of angst. I think it would have been easier deciding to bring another child into the family!
And she does look right at home... we bought her because she matches the furniture. ;D (Ok, not really, but it sounded funny).
Erna, It takes a special person to be able to parent, teach and raise 6 kids. I don't envy you and there's no way I'd ever try to catch up (they'd have me committed by 4).
