Anybody use Kent Tech M for algae control?

I've read that some people claim that this product will assist in combating nuisance algae. My mag levels seam within the limits, sometimes a little low, (about 1160). I've got this nuisance algae coming back and was wondering if using the Tech M would help. Anybody used this product and noticed it assisting with algae control?

most people including myself say it helps with Hair algae.

I tend to run my magnesium on the high side (I wanna say its around 1500ppm) and do use the tech m to buffer it. Have never had a hair algae issue but I do get a spot of bubble algae now and again.

Am sure the bubble algae is from a low flow spot more than anything.

buffer slowly as per the bottle instructions and watch your mag, alk, and calcium while you do it.
