Biocube - adding fish

At the moment I have a 14gal biocube setup.

In the tank I have 1 ocellaris clown, about 12 snails, 2 hermits, and then a purple hammer, and blue mushroom coral

I've had the tank setup for about 2 months now and the LFS said that my levels are all where they need to be. I am/would like to plan on doing a small water change about 3-4 gallons next week on Monday and then check my water again Wednesday (is this necessary?)

If the levels were still at the right levels I wanted to add either another ocellaris clown or a black clown. Would the black clown and my ocellaris (false percula) be fine together or should I do another ocellaris with my current one?

I know that the one I put in has to be either smaller or larger, preferably not the same size so that they can determine M-F.

Another thing I was wondering is after I do the clown pairs, would I be able to add a blue chromis possibly or would I be at my limit?

I'm still new to the hobby and am continuously reading, but really appreciate everyone on here's advice and help!

Youpey wrote a great piece on clownfish so here you go:

On my nano, I prefer to do a weekly 10% water change. That should help you keep your levels in check. You could probably get away with another fish with the clowns, I would suggest a goby or blenny. Clowns stay in the top/middle of the water column and the gobies blennies usually stay on the bottom. There are a lot of cool gobies out there that easily fit in a 14g and you could even look at a goby/pistol shrimp pair.

I would do about a 2G per week water change.
Little more is better then not enough and will be good for everyone.

Second the goby/blenny or small jawfish something on the bottom.

I have a black and an orange one in my tank and they get along fine. however I doubt if they will ever spawn but you never know.

Now to find somewhere to get my black :) in North NJ or closer.

So tomorrow I pick up my black clown fish <getting from absolutely (ridiculously priced) fish, but only LFS in the area I found with them. They said theirs is tank raised and I asked to see it be fed, seemed to be okay.

Can't wait!

both black and orange false percs are the same species so it's quite possible for them to mate. Congrats on finding one at AF. You'll have to post pics.
