I have a red sea, 130D AIO, currently I have a tunze 9001 as my skimmer but I'm looking to replace it.
Will this fit inside my rear chamber?

Unfortunately, the dimensions on the skimmer chamber for your tank is not listed, so you may need to measure that to find out.
Aquaticlife lists the dimensions as 3" x 3-1/4" x 10-5/8",
Tunze 9001 is listed at 4.3 x 2.5 x 8.5 in.
So as long as that 2.5" going to 3" isn't an issue, or height being an issue, you should be fine.
