BOP tips dieing?

My BOP seems to be growing well but the tips keep dieing or getting something on them. Its the only SPS its happening to. I keep picking it off but it keeps coming back. Any ideas would be great. Also its not happening to anything else.

Is this the one that I was holding for you? That really sucks if it was.. it was so nice and doing well. not sure what the spots are though.
