CA and KH too high

Well the ironic thing is yesterday when i picked up some new corals from the LFS, they told me I should dose calcium. I'm glad I didn't because I got a test kit for CA and one for KH. They are both too high.

CA=450
KH=11.2, Alk=4.00

What's the best way to LOWER these?

Well first, I would not consider those numbers to be too high. (more like the high end of normal)

If I did want to lower them, I might consider a water change. (This assumes the new water has lower values)

I second that. These are not too high. Calcium and KH are balanced at 450 and 11 respectively.
I would not worry about it.

Well if you are not seeing anything in the tank react badly then what ever is in there is used to the numbers unless you normally check it to be 9kh and 420. If you are dosing calcium and alkalinity by hand i would suggest not doing anything at all- let the corals take up what they can they will lower it naturally. you can also do a water change if you want to but thats up to you if you want to spend your time doing that.
