Can I cut these out?

I got these awesome zoos from stan a while back and the palys that are mixed in hide half of the group. Can I just cut them out or?

be very careful! Palytoxin is very strong and can screw you up pretty good. If you leave any of the "mat" they'll grow back so make sure you get it all.

I would squirt Joes juice or Kalk paste directly in the mouth or they will over populate everything in your tank.

So hitting them with aptasia-x is a better idea then cutting them?

Yes. If theres any chance that you leave a small part of them on the rock, they will regrow.
