Can someone ID this? Algae?

Here are a couple of pics this is on some of my rocks. Mostly on the lower areas of tank. Good flow in that area. MP-10 in a 20H. Should be adequate flow all around.
Here's the pics

ADD: when I touch it it is very smooth, not so much slimy, any very tight to the rock not really flowing

It's the darker splotchy areas on the rocks. Kind of darker reddish brownish areas. My camera skills suck. I'll check those links.

Thanks guys. I checked out everything. Def not Dino's or diatoms.
I'm not ruling out cyano yet though. Only thing is that it's only on the rocks not on the sand bed that's in the same areas. And it doesn't brush off easily.

As far as a sponge goes I would think there would be more substance there. But I could be wrong though.
I gotta cut down on my feeding and see how things progress.

Just noticed something interesting. This algae is also only growing on one side of my tank and only in the front. I noticed this when I saw the sun shining through a skylight directly on the those areas. This area has been getting extra light from the sun for the last several days. This was poor planning on my part as this tank went up at the beginning of the year when the sun coming through the sky lights was not an issue.

I had something similar in my tank. It more rust colored though. I took a pic with my cell and showed a LFS who is vendor here. They said it was a type of algae and not to worry. Try and get better a pic.
