Can you use the seaweed you find tumbling around the beach and crashing in the waves

I'm down in ocean city for the week and as I am playing in the surf with my son all the seaweed. Can I feed it to my fish like I would regular nori?

If they'll eat it, I would imagine it would be fine. Personally, I'd make sure to rinse it real good in some fresh saltwater mix, not the ocean.
