ceiling rails for LEDs?

is there any ceiling rails (tracks) that i can mount to the ceiling into the studs and then slide the cables left or right to adjust the LEDs accordingly?

I used mitre rails perfect solution for the AI lights. This isn't exactly what I used but very similar. The bolts on the lights slide right in. Some of the rails even have built in rulers for measuring.

that looks like a good option. home depot didnt have that so i ended up going with shelve brackets instead.
