Chalice coral bleaching

Hey guys I was wondering if any of you could help me pin point the issue with this chalice.
Today I found a white spot on my Hollywood stunner chalice it didnt look like that yesterday the only thing I can think of was how I added some alk buffer solution to the tank tester day but it didnt look like it was the cause cause the chalice sits under neath a power head that blows everything away
The parameters in,the tank are as follows
Alk 9.2
Temp 78.6
Mag 1350
Cal 450
Phosphates trace
Nitrate 25
Ph 7.5 ( my concern)
Any ideas

It's dying, try to frag that white part off to see if you can save it

Nitrates seem high IMO.
Agree PH is low but if it's stable I would not worry about it.

that doesn't look like bleaching. it's dying. you could dip it in iodine. i had a chalice that started to lose some flesh and i did he iodine dip and it stopped it and everything grew back in a few weeks.
