On the 10 oz package/container it says the 10 oz's equal 1 unit. They recommend using 1 unit for tanks of size 0 - 40 gallons, 2 units for tanks 40 to 100 gallons, and 1 unit for each additional 25 gallons. So for a 150 gallon tank they recommend 4 units which is the equivalent of 4 10 oz containers.
I just put in 2 chemipure elite and 2 chemipure regular in my 120 gallon + sump.

Elite is dry and the regular is wet ... just opened two each less than a week ago.
I use it cause when I had a nitrate problem in my 55 it helped out alot and made my water really clear. So know that I know how good it is why not run it on my 120.
