I usually run the magna-float across it every day if that's what you're referring to. Weekly 4 gallon water change (29 bc with about 22-24 gallons)...

I think this is more of a personal preference. Some just do enough to keep the tank in a decent looking, others like me everyday even when is not necessary.

When your looking for perfection there is always something wrong and something to clean.
