Coast to coast Aquariums good,bad, or indifferent?

So the tank is going to be looong and shallow approx. 108"x22"tall and 22"deep
I am looking for a custom glass builder and was curious if anybody has any experience with our club sponsor Coast to Coast Aquariums. I would be willing to spend a little extra on a tank built in New Jersey,if the tank was going to be of equal or better quality compared to other builders. thanx for your input stan the paintman!

OOOOH….what “beverage” did that take to get the wife talking like that? I need to know. If you let me know that, damn, I come build the tank for nothing :eek:!

84 people view this thread and nobody knows anything about a tank builder here in NJ ??? Hmmmm thats not very encouraging. I guess i'm going to have to re-think my strategy

Wow. I thought I responded to this. They are a sponsor here on NJRC. The company is new, but the people have been tank builders for many years. They built the aquariums that NY Aquarium Service used at our swap and the tanks were GORGEOUS! They were TOTAL works of art. I'm sure those guys could give you some insight into them. These tanks were also long and low... and had the most beautiful beveled edged I'd ever seen!

I'm sorry that I haven't responded to this sooner...Holidays and everyone needs stuff done yesterday. We have worked with the guys from Coast to Coast for a very long time. They really are the best glass guys in the buisness! They do amazing work, on time, on site, ....or whatever your you might need. A majority of the tanks that I service are made by them (not to metion some of the most beautiful and advanced sumps I've ever seen!). I would be happy to show more pic's of their work to anyone interested. I almost forgot to mention that they also offer the best guarantees in the buisness

We just worked with Chris from Coast To Coast to design a new sump for our fishroom. Outstanding quality and great customer service.

Will post pics after we unrap it! :)

Beitals aquariums is in Pearl River,NY just a few miles out of nanuet.

They customize and build just about any tank design you can think of.

Going to the store is another issue, as you have to climb over and through so much inventory he carries, you can't move around.
