I have always said that Eli Manning was a great QB since they drafted him...so many people told me I was crazy. 8 weeks ago even I had no hope and thought the Giants season was over. Well I am now in complete and utter shock that the Giants went on a 6 game winning streak and ended with their 4th Super Bowl victory!! I think Eli has definitely won over some new fans and proved he is a great QB!! What a season G-Men....what a season!!!!!

lol. What a game. Good thing the game was good becasue the commercials were pretty weak! Now the next big question, NY or NJ parade?

QB rating for the year was 55.
Everyone wants to draft the next cam newton/andy dalton etc - but this goes to show if a team has patience, there's a chance for success down the road. A lot of credit to the Maras/tisch for sticking with Coughlin and a lot of credit to Accorsi for taking Manning (vs P rivers, Jp Losman ).
Interesting fact:
E. Manning has more superbowl rings than his brother, Kurt Warner, Joe Thiesmann and Bret Farve.
Is he a HOF? The only other people with 2 or more superbowl wins who are NOT in the HOF are:
Tom Brady (active...shoo-in)
Ben Rothlisberger (active)
Jim Plunkett (da raiders)
If he keeps playing at this level and doesn't have a precipitous drop, no doubt he will be in the HOF. Wow - would his brother not get enshrined and he will?

Thats horrible. Welker was a huge part of why they made it to the superbowl.
