Coral Question

I was wondering what kind of corals i can buy with the tank setup i have now. Im running power compacts and was thinking about an aussie acan but i know theres lots of corals i cant get until i upgrade my light system. I also know that when time comes to upgrade to metal halides im also going to have to get a chiller to prevent the water from getting to hot. But for right now im told that any soft corals will be fine. Am i right? Or does someone have a list of corals that can go in my tank with the light system i have now?

Acans are usually placed on the bottom of the tank and should do fine under PCs. I had one under PCs for about a year without a problem. What's the wattage of your bulbs and how deep is the tank?

you should be find, most LPS and softies would be fine with PC's

I have acans in a 12 JBJ nano with PC lights and they are doing fine. As the others echoed how big is your tank and what is the wattage.
