Custom glass tanks?

Hello all.

New to this board and here with a question. I'm looking to get a custom tank built to my specifications. Mind you, this will be a small tank and will be made from glass. So I'm here to ask where in NJ I can get this done?

how small of a tank?

The dimensions I'm looking for are as follows:

22" front to back
24" left to right
16" tall

I'm also looking to get a fals acrylic wall built in 5" from the back to serve as a built-in sump/pump area that will hold the pumps, skimmer, heater, etc. The wall will have about 7" of groves cut into it for an overflow. Is it still possible for this to be a DIY project for someone that can barely drive a nail? If not, then I'm still looking for someone locally that can tackle this.

whoah! that's a decent size tank, my frag tank is about the same size, roughly 30 gallons. Why not search around PETSMART stores, they had a clearance of the Oceanic Cubes a few months back, they are just about that size.

My frag tank was made by glass cages, but it was acrylic.

I priced out Oceanimage and was quoted $400+ (regular glass). I was quoted $250 from Glass Cages. I've heard some not-so-good things about GC and was hoping to find somoene local where the price might fall in the middle of what I've been quoted so far. I guess my search continues.

Still looking for info regarding this. Also, I'd be willing to try my hand at building the thing myself. Can anyone recommend a place that can get me the pre-cut glass pieces I need?

I'm not sure where your located but, if you look in the phone book any glass place should be able to precut the pieces for you.
