Finally made my tank officially an in wall tank. Finished off the cabinets underneath and put the top peice on. Didnt come out exactly how I wanted it to but it still looks really good for the crappy A/C sofits that were in the way.

I wish, no fish room just the cabinet underneath is fully loaded, i need to make that nice and neat next. plus when I need more room i have the closet next to it...

my biggest concern now is heat. I have central air but in the fish room I also have a window unit and keep it nice and cold in there and my temp with the 3-250w halides hasnt gone above 81*'F without a chiller. I have no problem buying a chiller, it is just I have no clue where it would be able to go to get it into another room. Guess I will find out

I have a 4inch concrete hole saw if you want me to come over and drill an outside vent for you.

I wouldn't worry about the heat for now ... fall is here and it's gonna cool off outside. You got some time to figure things out.

Wow Rob, your tank looks awesome. And you did one heck of a fine job on all that woodwork. What's behind the tank? If there's room, you can put PC fans in the hood. I have 3 in mine. The ones on the sides blow air in, and the one on top sucks hot air out.

Again, GREAT looking tank. ;D

thanks everyone for the great remarks. Today I deffinately noticed the heat in the water, not sure how warm because I didnt have my temp monitor on since I did all the wood work yesterday. Im hoping it was because I turned the a/c off last night and opened some windows in the room since it was nice and cold outside, didnt realize it was going to go up to 70* today. As soon as I clean up the underneath Ill post some pictures
